1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and h5555 ("h5555", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the h5555 website located at h5555.asia and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing h5555 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the h5555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using h5555 and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of h5555 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from h5555 or any affiliated platform, or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting as principal and not as an agent or employee of any third party.

h5555 implements age verification procedures at the point of account registration and at the time of withdrawal requests. h5555 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify that a User meets the eligibility criteria set out above. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

Each User may register one (1) account on h5555. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your h5555 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by h5555.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if it changes.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your h5555 account.
• Notify h5555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

h5555 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant, including but not limited to applicants from jurisdictions where h5555's services are not permitted, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

h5555 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (Tether). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed within your h5555 account at the time of transaction.

All transactions at h5555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. h5555 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible.
• h5555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from the balance upon withdrawal request.
• h5555 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the h5555 FAQ section. h5555 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

h5555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to Users. All promotions are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that will be published alongside the promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all h5555 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless h5555 explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• h5555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Users who have already opted in to a promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse, collusion, or exploitation of errors or loopholes will be voided and the associated account may be closed.
• h5555 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving any withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

h5555 offers casino games (live dealer and RNG), sports betting including cricket and PSL markets, and other gaming products. The following general rules govern all gameplay on h5555:

• All bets placed through h5555 are final once confirmed. h5555 will not void or reverse bets on the basis of a User's change of mind.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome, h5555 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return stakes to the User's balance.
• RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. h5555 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live casino tables provided by Evolution Gaming are subject to Evolution's own dealing procedures and compliance standards, which are independently audited.
• For sports betting markets, h5555 reserves the right to void markets where an event has been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or circumstances outside the normal rules of the sport, as determined by h5555 at its sole discretion.
• Palpable errors in odds or prices (manifestly incorrect odds) may be voided by h5555 even after bets have been placed. In such cases, stakes will be returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h5555 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any legal remedies available to h5555:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with h5555 games or the betting interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any other form of cheating in casino games.
• Using h5555 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a syndicate without h5555's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from h5555 without authorisation.

8. Responsible Gaming

h5555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. h5555 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set within your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts triggered at User-defined session duration intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion periods (24 hours to 12 months) and permanent self-exclusion are available. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on h5555, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, interface design, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of h5555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use h5555 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any h5555 content without h5555's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of h5555 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• h5555 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• h5555 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
• h5555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use h5555, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
• In any event, h5555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits to h5555 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit h5555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

h5555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading account information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Request from a competent authority, regulator, or law enforcement agency.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.

Upon termination, h5555 will return any verified real-money balance held in your account (net of any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeit upon termination for breach of these Terms.

12. Amendments to These Terms

h5555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Where changes are material, h5555 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number on their account. Your continued use of h5555 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h5555 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through h5555's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, to be agreed between the parties or, failing agreement, as determined by h5555.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
